What is it to have an idea for a film and how to communicate it to a producer or potential financier?

 

Making a film means engaging yourself in a long journey: development of the script, shooting, post-production. At each of these stages, financial support is necessary and those who can offer it will need a way to connect to the project in order to support it.

 

This seminar is aimed at meeting the need to communicate one’s ideas, in the shape of presentations, synopsises, treatments, notes of intentions. Films will be taken as examples and analyzed, and real applications files for funds will be discussed. A guest, specialized in advising both applicants and funds, will present, during two days will make an example case study on a script developed by a student.

 

The seminar will be in both english (Radulescu) and German (Reeh and Guest). The seminar starts on April 21st, 2017.
